Shipping policy

At YGEIA, we are committed to getting your gear and supplements to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Whether you’re ordering your favorite fitness apparel or restocking essential supplements, we’ve got you covered.


Shipping Options

We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options to fit your needs:

Domestic (USA):

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $75

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

International:

  • Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days

  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped


Apparel Shipping Notes

  • All apparel items are shipped from our central U.S. warehouse

  • If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email with the option to wait or modify your order

  • Some limited edition collections may ship separately due to demand


Supplement Shipping Notes

  • Supplements are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging when necessary

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if your supplement requires special storage (e.g., refrigeration after opening)


International Shipping & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control

  • YGEIA Fitness is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • You can track your order anytime via the “Track Order” page or by logging into your YGEIA account


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Some supplements may be restricted in certain countries – please verify legality before ordering internationally
