Refund policy

At YGEIA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right. Whether it’s the wrong size or a change of heart, we’ll do our best to help you return or exchange your item with ease.


Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

Apparel:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Items with signs of wear or without original tags are not eligible

Supplements:

  • Must be unopened and in original packaging

  • For safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on apparel within the U.S.

  • Contact us at returns@ygeiabrand.com to initiate an exchange

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement once we receive the original item


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or marked “final sale” apparel

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window


How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@ygeiabrand.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Carefully package the item and drop it off at your local carrier

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. YGEIA Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.


International Returns

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders

  • International customers may return eligible items at their own cost

  • Please ensure items meet our return criteria before shipping
